The Beyond Strength & Endurance Murph Prep Plan includes 37 total training days and we recommend you complete at least 30 of them. We also recommend you train four days per week in weeks 1-6. Each week you will complete a muscle endurance day, a strength day and either two running days or one running day plus the Hero/Named WOD.

The Murph challenge is an intense workout that starts with a 1 mile run, followed by 100 pullups, 200 pushups, and 300 squats. To cross the finish line, you complete another 1 mile run.
